　　良好的習(xí)慣

　　習(xí)慣真是一種頑強(qiáng)而巨大的力量，它可以主宰人生。因此，人自幼就應(yīng)該通過完美的教育，去建立一種良好的習(xí)慣。

　　學(xué)會(huì)說“不” 

　　“不”雖然是個(gè)很簡(jiǎn)單的單詞，但學(xué)會(huì)說“不”卻并不容易，對(duì)于中國(guó)人來說，磨不開面子往往是我們不會(huì)說“不”的原因。學(xué)會(huì)拒絕是一門藝術(shù)，而掌握這本藝術(shù)最關(guān)鍵的一點(diǎn)就是確立我們做人的原則。一旦超越了這個(gè)原則，我們就應(yīng)該毫不猶豫地說“不”。

　　雖然“不”是一個(gè)微不足道的字，但它總是不容易被說出口，但是不去說“不”，卻經(jīng)常會(huì)給自己帶來麻煩。

　　當(dāng)有人讓我們離開學(xué)校，在應(yīng)該學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間里去閑逛或者胡鬧時(shí)，我們應(yīng)該馬上說“不”。

　　當(dāng)有人勸說我們?cè)谏蠈W(xué)的路上玩耍，以致上學(xué)遲到，或是打擾老師時(shí)，我們應(yīng)該說“不”。當(dāng)有些同學(xué)希望我們?cè)诮淌依锿嫠；蚪活^接耳時(shí)，我們應(yīng)該說“不”。

　　當(dāng)我們?cè)噲D使用不禮貌或惡毒的語言時(shí)，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)時(shí)刻牢記上帝一直在注視著我們，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)說“不”。

　　當(dāng)我們做了錯(cuò)事，卻試圖用謊言來加以隱瞞時(shí)，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)說“不，我們不能說謊，那樣做既不道德，又很懦弱。”

　　如果有人讓我們做一些本來就知道是錯(cuò)誤的事情，我們要勇于說“不”。

　　如果我們學(xué)會(huì)說“不”，我們就會(huì)避免不少的麻煩，長(zhǎng)享平安。

　　When to Say No

　　Though "No" is a very little word, it is not always easy to say it; and the not doing so, often causes trouble。

　　When we are asked to stay away from school, and spend in leness or mischief the time which ought to be spent in study, we should at once say "No."

　　When we are urged to loiter on our way to school, and thus be late, and interrupt our teacher and the school, we should say "No." When some schoolmate wishes us to whisper or play in the schoolroom, we should say "No."

　　When we are tempted to use angry or wicked words, we should remember that the eye of God is always upon us, and should say "No."

　　When we have done anything wrong, and are tempted to conceal it by falsehood, we should say "No, we can not tell a lie; it is wicked and cowardly."

　　If we are asked to do anything which we know to be wrong, we should not fear to say "No."

　　If we thus learn to say "No," we shall avo much trouble, and be always safe。
